Temperature Data Logger / Temperature Logger
Temperature loggers are required in many areas. Whether monitoring the transport and storage of temperature-sensitive products, the preparation and preservation of food or the control of chemical or physical processes in production lines - very often, compliance with certain temperatures has to be ensured and documented. Since there are a large number of different areas of application, the requirements for the measuring ranges and the additional functions of the temperature data logger also differ.
In addition to the storage function for temperature, date and time, many temperature loggers also have a display for the current values. Some also show the maximum and minimum values for the current measurement period. Mobile temperature data loggers without a display are already available in the size and shape of USB sticks. These can, for example, be placed directly in the outer packaging of the goods to document transport conditions. To read out the temperature data, this stick is simply connected to the USB port of the computer. Other temperature data loggers are connected to the computer via a USB cable, save the data on an SD card or pass the data on to other devices via serial interfaces.
