The material thickness meter is used for the quick and precise detection of layer thicknesses on metals. In comparison to many other material thickness meter, this material thickness meter does not have to differentiate between ferrous and non-ferrous metal. With the small and compact design of the material thickness meter, one-hand operation is possible. Despite its small size, the material thickness meter has a measuring range of 1500 µm and an accuracy of ± (3% + 1 µm).
The measured values displayed can be output in µm, mm and in mils on the material thickness meter. In addition to measuring the layer thickness, the material thickness meter can determine the smallest, the largest and also the mean value from a series of different measurements. The material thickness meter also has an automatic switch-off function.
